Firmdale Hotels is seeking a Minibar Attendant for Warren Street Hotel in New York City. Responsibilities include stocking, itemizing, and cleaning minibars in guest rooms, daily inventory, and processing charges for consumed items.

The role emphasizes high levels of customer service, collaboration with other departments, and strict adherence to allergy and safety procedures. Shift flexibility (AM/PM, weekends) is required for this non-exempt full-time position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in food and beverage, wine and champagne is a plus.
• Proficient with POS programs such as Micros.
• Able to work AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Keen attention to detail in workspace and inventory control.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock, itemize, and clean guest room minibars daily.
• Take inventory, process guest charges for consumed items, and ensure accurate posting.
• Ensure rotation of minibar products and maintain proper presentation standards.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding issues or discrepancies.
• Promote other Firmdale Hotels and restaurants, and practice upselling techniques where appropriate.
