Job summary

Minibar North America Inc. seeks a Hotel Minibar Attendant to manage in-room refreshment centers in a San Francisco hotel. You will restock minibars, record sales, and maintain inventory using Minibar Systems handheld devices.

Candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and pass a background check and drug screen. This role supports guest satisfaction and revenue through meticulous, timely service.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Speak English and read computer-generated reports.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and lift 35–40 lbs.
• Available to work 5 days a week including weekends/holidays.
• Pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Open Minibar System and prepare daily room inventory using FIFO.
• Receive and store products, keep storage areas clean and organized.
• Restock an average of 140–160 minibars per day; deep clean 10 minibars daily.
• Push cart from room to room during refill.
• Record sales and occlusions with handheld unit; ensure items present.
• Maintain cleanliness of minibars and snack trays.
• Note maintenance issues and communicate to management.
• Remove outside food from minibars and recheck DND rooms.
• File reports in an orderly fashion and inform management of issues.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
