Job summary

Northwood Hospitality LLC is seeking a professional Mini Bar Attendant for Conrad Nashville, who will maintain high standards of service and cleanliness in guest room mini bars.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year housekeeping/mini bar experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming.
• Deliver excellent customer service efficiently.
• Communicate guest requests to supervisors professionally.
• Maintain inventory of mini-bar supplies.
• Keep cart clean and orderly.
• Ensure mini bars are clean and in good repair.
• Ensure products are fresh and not expired.
• Adhere to Do Not Disturb procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Recognize repeat guests.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
