Job summary

Woodweb in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to drive luxury residential millwork projects from contract award to final installation. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, and you will coordinate design, fabrication, and installation with a focus on quality and client experience.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and change orders while maintaining profitability and exceptional craftsmanship across multiple bespoke projects.

Qualifications

Experience managing luxury residential millwork or custom cabinetry.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Proven client-facing communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead luxury residential millwork projects from kickoff through close-out.
Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Coordinate design development, engineering, fabrication, finishing, delivery and installation.
Identify risks and resolve issues to protect schedule, quality, and budget.
Serve as primary contact for homeowners, interior designers, architects, and builders.
Coordinate installation sequencing with designers, craftsmen, and trades.
Oversee punch list, final client acceptance and invoicing milestones.
