Job summary

Tom Ford Fashion in Miami is seeking a Men’s Manager to lead the men’s department, drive revenue, and execute strategic vision through day-to-day operations and long-term planning. You will manage a team of sales associates, deliver exceptional client service, and collaborate with Store Director and leadership to achieve targets, merchandising standards, and store operations.

This role requires 5-7 years in luxury retail, strong leadership, clienteling skills, and a proactive, energetic approach

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of retail experience, preferably luxury environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Excellent client service, clienteling, and CRM execution.
• Proven ability to drive sell-through and commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead men’s department to achieve annual sales targets across product categories.
• Coach and develop selling associates on behaviors and performance.
• Partner with Store Director on staffing, schedules, and operations.
• Maintain brand standards and high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with buying and marketing to optimize display and stock.
