Job summary

Tom Ford Fashion is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service and drive store sales through strong product knowledge and relationship building. You will act as a brand ambassador, nurturing client loyalty and contributing to KPI targets in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, sourcing and growing a client book, managing outreach and appointments, and delivering an outstanding client experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience required; preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, high energy and positive work environment.
• Availability to work during store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Leadership to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Generate and manage individual, high-volume sales business and achieve individual sales goals.
• Source, recruit, develop and maintain client book.
• Track and grow spend of existing client network.
• Manage regular client outreach, consignment, and appointment setting.
• Follow-up on client purchases, alterations, deliveries, special orders, MTM fittings, client specific requests.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of current and past collections at all times.
• Provide product and client feedback to Store Leadership and Merchandising team.
• Deliver outstanding service to TOM FORD clients.
• Maintain an active presence in the local community; keep informed about major events and client activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
• Create high energy and a positive work environment.
