Job summary

The Client Advisor at TOM FORD in Miami is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience and extensive product knowledge to drive store sales and KPI attainment. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably luxury.
• Deep knowledge of luxury fashion with high fashion sensitivity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work with Store Leadership to hit Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales targets.
• Source, recruit, develop and maintain client book; grow spend of existing clients.
• Manage client outreach, consignment, and appointment setting; follow up on purchases and deliveries.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of current and past TOM FORD collections.
• Deliver outstanding service to TOM FORD clients and uphold brand identity.
• Create a high energy, positive work environment and adhere to policies.
