Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is a renowned luxury medspa in New Jersey, offering non-invasive cosmetic treatments since 2005. This full-time role combines Medical Assistant and Aesthetic Coordinator duties, providing both clinical support and high-end guest services to create a seamless, premium patient experience.

In this position you will rotate between treatment rooms and front desk tasks, ensuring every visit feels personalized and exceptional.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a medical office, medspa, or luxury hospitality setting.
• Phlebotomy license is a plus.
• Experience with EMR and medical terminology.
• Zenoti experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and close down treatment rooms and equipment daily.
• Escort patients and obtain consents and pre/post photography.
• Prepare patients and procedure setups, including blood draws when applicable (e.g., PRP).
• Review pre- and post-treatment care instructions with patients.
• Maintain infection control standards, inventory, and spotless rooms.
