This onsite role partners with the Practice Manager to optimize front desk workflows, staffing, and service delivery while instilling AMP standards of luxury and clinical professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics or high-touch service environments.
• Prior leadership roles in similar settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily med spa operations.
• Oversee front desk flow, patient check-in/out, scheduling.
• Supervise team members and optimize workflows.
• Support Practice Manager in daily operations when unavailable.
• Ensure location is clean, stocked, and ready for patient care.
• Support patient experience with luxury service.
• Drive revenue goals and membership sales.
• Improve bookings and room utilization.
• Oversee inventory and practice standards.
• Uphold policies, HIPAA privacy, and compliance.
