Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in aesthetics or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfort with scheduling systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide high-touch service.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Manage check-in, payments, and rebooking.
• Educate patients on services, memberships, financing, products.
• Support consultations and patient education.
• Maintain accurate records and CRM notes.
• Collaborate with providers to achieve clinic goals.
• Follow HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
