Aquent is partnering with a luxury apparel leader to drive growth across online channels, focusing on marketplace and dropship strategies for prestige brands. You will manage day-to-day operations, optimize performance, and build strong retailer relationships to elevate the brand presence in premier online marketplaces.

The role requires analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of revenue growth in luxury fashion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, e-commerce, fashion, or related field.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in women's apparel with channel growth.
Proven accountability for revenue targets and channel growth.
Direct experience managing major department store e-commerce accounts.
Proficiency with marketplace integration tools and vendor portals.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day operations and performance of marketplace and dropship accounts.
Drive channel strategies by monitoring metrics and identifying expansion opportunities.
Execute all account initiatives on time, aligned with growth objectives.
Lead promotional opportunities across all digital partners and campaigns.
Monitor inventory, fulfillment, and shipping to maximize sell-through.
Provide updates on performance and operational developments to leadership.
Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
