The Luxury Marketing Specialist (LMS) role will support initiatives set by Directors, Luxury Marketing Managers, and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership. Responsibilities include project management, asset production, and supporting marketing efforts to promote program growth and brand image within the framework of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and Core 4. The role may involve supporting multiple offices with a focus on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, and CO
2. Drive Program Engagement: Promote the Global Luxury Program, communicate its benefits, and support agent engagement and success stories.
3. Support Independent Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents and their teams to support marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and track activities. Provide reporting and issue resolution.
4. Support to Local Operations & Leadership: Serve as a marketing liaison, assist in recruiting, business development, and retention efforts.
5. Leverage National Studio & Design Services: Coordinate creative projects, manage campaigns, and establish cohesion across regions.
6. Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, participate in company initiatives, and stay informed on marketing tools and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Work from home environment conducive
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
• 2+ years in marketing, creative agency, or communications; real estate experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design software (InDesign, Adobe CC)
