Luxury Marketing Specialist - Remote- AZ, UT, CO

Our client, Anywhere Real Estate, is seeking a Luxury Marketing Specialist to support the initiatives set forth by the Directors and Luxury Marketing Managers, as well as the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership team.

The Luxury Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the assembly, project management, and production of various program and agent-focused marketing assets to promote overall program growth. Responsibilities include executing communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

This role supports key marketing objectives, ensuring the company's and agents' brand images are well represented within the framework of the brand, brokerage, and luxury program. The position may support multiple offices with a focus on program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Market Location: AZ, UT, and CO
• Drive Program Engagement and Awareness: Communicate the benefits of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program, promote luxury certification, and share agent success stories.
• Support to Independent Sales Associates: Collaborate with top agents and their teams to support marketing needs, provide training, track activities, and report on project progress.
• Support to Local Leadership: Serve as a marketing liaison, assist in recruiting, business development, and retention efforts.
• Leverage National Resources: Coordinate with the National Marketing Studio and Design Concierge to produce creative materials and campaigns.
• Awareness & Events: Promote program awareness through event support, communications, and recognitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize
• Effective communication skills
• Understanding of design principles and marketing tools
• 2+ years in marketing, creative agency, or communications; real estate experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software
