Our client, Anywhere Real Estate, is seeking a Luxury Marketing Specialist to support the initiatives of the Directors and Luxury Marketing Managers, as well as the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury senior leadership team.

The Luxury Marketing Specialist will handle the assembly, project management, and production of various marketing assets aimed at program growth and promotion. Responsibilities include creating communication assets, presentations, marketing plans, and other program components.

The role supports key marketing objectives, ensuring the company's and agents' brand images are well represented within the brand framework, brokerage, and the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program. The specialist may support multiple offices, focusing on enhancing program engagement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Market Location: AZ, UT, and CO
2. Drive Program Engagement: Promote the Global Luxury Program, its benefits, and foster adoption of the luxury certification designation. Share success stories and feedback to enhance program perception.
3. Support to Independent Agents: Collaborate with top agents and their teams to support their marketing needs, analyze campaigns, and track activities. Provide strategic support for recruiting and retention, and document communications weekly via the CBGL Touchpoint App.
4. Support to Leadership: Act as a liaison to local management, assist in VIP recruiting, business development, and agent retention efforts.
5. Leverage Marketing Resources: Work with the National Studio and Design Concierge Teams to produce creative materials, manage projects, and ensure cohesion across regions.
6. Awareness & Events: Coordinate promotional assets, participate in product launches, and maintain connectedness with marketing tools and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Ability to work from home in a conducive environment
• Strong presentation, writing, and public-speaking skills
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills
• Effective communication with employees and agents
• Understanding of basic design principles
• 2+ years in marketing, creative agency, or communications (field marketing preferred)
• Real estate industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design software (InDesign, Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns
