The successful candidate will blend commercial leadership with operational discipline, financial acumen, and relationship management to elevate the property and guide high-performing teams toward optimal day-to-day performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marina or service-focused leadership.
• Strong financial and operational accountability.
• Excellent communication with high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all marina, boatyard, marine service, storage, fuel dock, and customer-facing operations.
• Maintain full P&L accountability including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and long-term business strategy.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and operational efficiency across multiple revenue streams.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across marine operations, service, yard operations, dock staff, and administrative functions.
• Create and refine operational workflows to improve technician productivity, yard utilization, scheduling efficiency, and service turnaround times.
• Champion a culture of accountability, professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Oversee marina infrastructure, maintenance planning, equipment utilization, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a luxury-level customer experience by proactively managing client relationships and resolving escalated customer matters with professionalism and urgency.
• Serve as a visible leader within the boating and waterfront community, building relationships with yacht owners, captains, vendors, yacht clubs, and local stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to strengthen brand positioning, customer engagement, and market presence.
• Support succession planning, employee development, recruiting, and retention initiatives across the operation.
• Maintain strong emergency preparedness, incident response, and risk management protocols.
