Job summary

Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is seeking a Fairmont Gold Executive Lounge Supervisor to lead the lounge team and deliver five-star service on the Fairmont Gold floors. This full-time role reports to the Fairmont Gold Manager and focuses on guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and creating a premium guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring guest-service excellence, supervisory experience, and strong communication across departments to uphold Fairmont Gold standards in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of guest service experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Fairmont Gold floors to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure team has resources to exceed guest expectations.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the Fairmont Gold product and services.
• Communicate with hotel departments to deliver Fairmont Gold standards consistently.
• Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly Fairmont Gold occupancy.
• Maintain strong communications with other departments to ensure service levels.
• Supervise staff delivering Fairmont Gold services at all times.
• Address Fairmont Gold guest concerns promptly and follow up to resolution.
• Liaise with Front Office for smooth arrivals/departures and inventory management.
• Balance operational and colleague needs; lead arrival/departure experiences.
• Involve in training, development, and performance management of attendants.
• Participate in recruitment and training of new attendants.
