Job summary

The W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the lodge property in Georgia.

You will coordinate hunting excursions, outdoor activities, lodging services, dining reservations, and transportation, serving as the main contact for guests before, during, and after their stay. This on-site role requires organizing itineraries, cabin assignments, and special instructions while maintaining strong communication with guides, housekeeping, F&B,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or tourism education preferred.
Experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury lodging, or outdoor recreation is desired.
Knowledge of hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide lodge orientation, amenities, and property overview.
Meet guests at lodging, assist with luggage, and be available during their stay.
Ensure cabins, lodge areas, and guest spaces are clean and ready prior to arrival.
Coordinate hunting trips, fishing, and outdoor activities; manage schedules and transportation.
Assist with hunting licenses, permits, and compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate room setups, dining plans, and on-property activities; communicate needs to staff.
