Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. seeks a Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences across hunting excursions, lodging, dining reservations, and transportation.

You will be the primary contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, coordinating schedules and ensuring personalized, memorable visits. The role focuses on on-property execution, cabin assignments, and coordinating with the Hospitality & Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, guest services, luxury lodging, or outdoor recreation.
• Knowledge of hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with reservation and property management systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest arrivals, stays, and departures with attention to details.
• Manage itineraries, cabin assignments, and lodging arrangements.
• Facilitate guided hunting trips, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
• Coordinate transportation, meals, and on-property services as directed.
• Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback for follow-up.
• Collaborate with guides, housekeeping, F&B, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
