Job summary
Mirabella Seattle is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, equipment, and common spaces in a luxury life plan community in downtown Seattle. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and general upkeep, while delivering exceptional service to residents.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of related experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a focus on safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in carpentry, building maintenance or related field.
- Safe use of hand tools, shop equipment, ladders and basic maintenance gear.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and general building upkeep.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Keep work areas clean and support facility upkeep.
- Provide excellent resident service while following safety procedures.
