Job summary

Mirabella Seattle is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and community spaces while delivering outstanding service to residents and team members. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to maintenance requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the community.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in carpentry, building maintenance, general repair, or a related field.
  • Experience using hand tools, shop equipment, ladders, and basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification upon hire or within 90 days of hire; CPO certification preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of general electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements including drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs throughout the community.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, community alarms, emergency calls, and building emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and support the upkeep of community facilities and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents while following all safety procedures and emergency protocols.

We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our buildings, equipment, and community spaces while delivering outstanding service to residents and team members.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements including drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and complete basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs throughout the community.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, community alarms, emergency calls, and building emergencies in a timely and professional manner.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 / hr DOE

About You
