Mirabella Seattle is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Seattle seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, event space setup, equipment operation, carpet and floor care, and safe emergency response. Experience in custodial services and strong attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Experience using custodial equipment and safe chemical handling.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and special cleaning throughout the community.
• Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Operate custodial equipment safely while cleaning assigned areas.
• Perform carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, and trash removal.
• Follow safety procedures and respond to emergencies.
