• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned clients and manage daily communications.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding client goals and brand standards.
• Develop Vectorworks-based drawings and renderings to communicate vision and production value.
• Coordinate with production, creative, logistics, and tech teams to create actionable plans.
• Oversee on-site execution, load-in, rehearsals, and event day.
• Identify upsell opportunities and manage project budgets.
