Four Seasons Washington, DC's Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina is seeking an Experienced Cook 1-2 to execute a sophisticated menu with precision and maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety.

You will join a luxury dining team, work lunch, dinner, and special events, and bring strong technical cooking skills with the ability to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

Competenze

• The successful candidate brings strong technical cooking skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety.
• Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in a high volume luxury restaurant.
• Must have the ability to irregular hours, PM Hours, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
