Job summary

Shakuff designs and hand-builds luxury glass lighting from our Port Jervis, NY facility. As Production Coordinator, you will serve as the operational hub, ensuring orders flow from Sales to Production to Shipment, keeping records accurate and current, and coordinating with Sales, Production, and Accounting to meet delivery timelines.

You will manage vendor records, lead times, and inventory, while ensuring the shop runs on system-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, purchasing, logistics, or production admin.
• Strong organization and detail orientation with CRM and inventory tools.
• On-site in Port Jervis, NY; ability to coordinate with overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate order and customer data.
• Track orders through production; verify payment terms and ship-to details.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Accounting, and Engineering to align schedules and deliveries.
• Manage vendor records, pricing, lead times, and reorders; monitor inventory levels.
