Job summary

Esprit, a luxury resort-style community located within Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking a Lifestyle Director to design and execute a vibrant calendar of resident experiences. Lead events across fitness, dining, culture, and wellness in a high-end setting, managing budgets and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role calls for strong interpersonal skills, public speaking, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing successful events or experiences.
• Strong budget planning and financial stewardship for programs.
• Excellent communication and public speaking when addressing groups.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and partners.
• Proven project management with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a calendar of events and experiences for residents.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute programs, classes, and community-wide events.
• Develop and manage the department budget and provide leadership recommendations.
• Serve as main contact for all member events including marketing, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
