Job summary

Esprit, a luxury resort-style community within Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, seeks a Lifestyle Director to craft an engaging resident experience. You will design and execute a vibrant events calendar, manage programs, and collaborate with sales and other departments to deliver a high‑end lifestyle.

This role demands energy, strong communication, and a guest-focused approach. The Lifestyle Director will oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and resident communications, including newsletters

Qualifications

• Strong event planning and execution experience.
• Budget development and cost control experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Public speaking to groups of various sizes.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a calendar of events and experiences for residents.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement programs and community events.
• Develop and manage department budget and provide leadership input.
• Serve as primary contact for all member events, marketing, RSVPs, and onsite delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and collaboration with departments.
• Build relationships with local vendors and businesses for engaging experiences.
• Produce resident communications including newsletters and calendars.
• Manage online content for member website and social media.
