You will coordinate fitness, wellness, cultural, and social events while partnering with local vendors and internal teams to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience required.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive calendar of events and activities.
• Building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and vendors.
• Collaborating with sales and builder teams to deliver programs and events.
• Incorporating member feedback to improve offerings.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
• Working with the sales team to promote events and provide concierge-style service.
• Planning and executing events from start to finish.
