Troon is seeking a Lifestyle Director to lead a calendar of luxury community events at Esprit in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will curate experiences across dining, wellness, culture, and social activities, managing budgets and coordinating with sales to showcase the elevated lifestyle.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected in a vibrant, resort-style setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a calendar of events and experiences for diverse interests.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute programs and community-wide events.
• Develop and manage the department budget and provide leadership input.
• Serve as main contact for member events, invitations, RSVPs, and on-site delivery.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure seamless delivery.
• Build relationships with local businesses and vendors for engaging experiences.
• Create resident communications: newsletters, flyers, calendars, promotions.
• Oversee website and social media content and resident feedback tracking.
• Support new resident orientation and connect with Real Estate sales team.
