Action Property Management in San Francisco is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Specialist for our luxury HOA. You will oversee amenity readiness, coordinate resident events, and build connections with local vendors to elevate the community lifestyle.

You will manage event details, budgets, and communications, ensuring high standards and engaging resident experiences. The role requires 1+ year in customer service and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience preferred.
• Hospitality Management students or recent graduates are highly desired.
• Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
• Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
• Strong judgment and solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Amenity & Lifestyle Oversight: Inspect amenities and ensure readiness for resident use.
• Promote personalized lifestyle services and coordinate events, reservations, and service provider connections.
• Guide residents through event procedures, agreements, fees, insurances and related requirements.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses to create sponsorship opportunities for events.
