Qualifications

• 3–5 years automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership BDC experience; management preferred.
• Proven results in appointment show rate and lead conversion.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional guest-ready presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily BDC operations: inbound/outbound calls, internet leads, chat, text.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and hold BDC reps accountable to monthly goals.
• Set, confirm, and recover appointments; improve show rate and conversion.
• Respond to OEM, website, and third-party leads with urgency and luxury tone.
• Keep CRM records complete and follow-up processes consistent.
• Monitor KPIs: contacts, appointments set, shows, sold units, service retention, CSI.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales, Service, and management.
• Train the team on scripts and Lexus brand representation.
