Spencer Corporate Travel in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an experienced Leisure Travel Consultant III to join our US Head Office. This role focuses on end-to-end leisure planning for individuals, families, and VIP clients, delivering white‑glove service and highly personalized itineraries.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in luxury leisure travel, strong Sabre GDS and CRM skills, and a passion for premium destinations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in leisure travel consulting or luxury travel services.
Proficiency with Sabre GDS and CRM systems.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international leisure destinations and travel products.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end leisure travel planning and booking services for air, hotel, cruises, tours, and more.
Consult with clients to understand preferences, budgets, and vacation goals.
Design customized domestic and international itineraries for individuals, families, groups, executives and VIPs.
Deliver premium travel consulting with concierge-style services for executive clients.
Manage reservations, ticketing, itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction.
Guide clients on travel requirements and documentation.
