Job summary

Internova Travel Group, based in Woodmere NY, seeks a Luxury Leisure Travel Consultant to support an Independent Advisor with a high-volume leisure business. You will research and book luxury travel options, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, and full-service concierge, while staying current on destinations, prices, and travel documents.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury leisure hospitality and at least 1 year of Sabre experience, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in luxury leisure hospitality.
• At least one year Sabre experience.
• Knowledge of ticketing and exchanges.
• Experience with high-end travelers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and execute client luxury leisure bookings including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises and dining arrangements.
• Investigate travel destination options, prices and requirements.
• Suggest suitable travel options that meet client needs.
• Ensure clients are aware of travel documents and health requirements.
• Review client reservations for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain ownership of client records through departure.
• Handle re-routing, exchanges and invoicing; manage spreadsheets.
• Update client profiles and research travel-related solutions.
• Apply airline rules to travel arrangements and follow up after trips.
• Familiarize with AXUS digital itinerary platform and take on other duties.
