Job summary

Internova Travel Group, based in Woodmere NY, seeks a Luxury Leisure Travel Consultant to support an Independent Advisor with a high-volume leisure business. You will research and book luxury travel options, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, and full-service concierge, while staying current on destinations, prices, and travel documents.

The role requires 3+ years in luxury leisure hospitality and at least 1 year of Sabre experience, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years in luxury leisure hospitality.
At least one year Sabre experience.
Knowledge of ticketing and exchanges.
Experience with high-end travelers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Research and execute client luxury leisure bookings including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises and dining arrangements.
Investigate travel destination options, prices and requirements.
Suggest suitable travel options that meet client needs.
Ensure clients are aware of travel documents and health requirements.
Review client reservations for accuracy and quality.
Maintain ownership of client records through departure.
Handle re-routing, exchanges and invoicing; manage spreadsheets.
Update client profiles and research travel-related solutions.
Apply airline rules to travel arrangements and follow up after trips.
Familiarize with AXUS digital itinerary platform and take on other duties.
