Job summary

Cadence is seeking a dedicated Leisure Travel Advisor to join our remote in-house team. You will curate personalized itineraries, confirm air and hotel reservations via Sabre GDS, and respond to inquiries from our Cadence website and referrals.

You will also manage in-house leisure bookings from the Business Travel and Meetings teams, coordinating pre- and post-travel extensions and related arrangements. Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, knowledge of luxury suppliers and

Qualifications

Previous exposure/experience in the hospitality industry.
Experience with booking cruises, tours, travel insurance, car services, and other sightseeing requests to provide quality service.
Familiarity with preferred luxury suppliers and vast knowledge of worldwide destinations and eagerness to expand on that knowledge.
Sabre GDS and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Tech savvy.
Genuine LOVE of booking and discussing leisure travel.
Eagerness to grow knowledge of destinations.
Proficient organization and time management skills.
Ability to travel for work (light travel may be required).
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and vendors.
Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Ability to maintain work volume and quality consistent with peers.
Ability to work under the stress of and meet productivity standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Curating custom itineraries for clients given their travel plans, budgets, interests, and destinations.
Confirming air and hotel reservations for clients via Sabre GDS and other booking platforms.
Fielding and assisting inquiries from Cadence website and referral business.
Taking in-house leisure bookings for clients referred by Business Travel and Meeting & Incentives teams.
Coordinating pre- and post-travel extension arrangements, including international rail and boutique hotel bookings.
Other support duties as assigned by management.
