Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive sales experience in ultra-luxury hospitality or related industry.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage key accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and VIP clients to drive leisure revenue.
• Solicit, contract, and manage luxury travel agency business and high-net-worth bookings.
• Represent Rosewood Calistoga at events, trade shows, and luxury sales missions to generate opportunities.
• Host site inspections, pre-opening experiences, and familiarization trips to showcase offerings.
