THE TEAM

At Rosewood Calistoga, our Sales & Marketing team is responsible for introducing one of Napa Valley's most anticipated luxury destinations to the world. Through meaningful partnerships, strategic storytelling, and exceptional relationship building, the team drives awareness, revenue, and guest engagement while bringing Rosewood's A Sense of Place philosophy to life.

As Leisure Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Management, Concierge, Guest Relations, and operational leaders across the resort. Together, you will cultivate relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and VIP clientele, positioning Rosewood Calistoga as the premier luxury wellbeing and wine country destination.

YOUR ROLE

As Leisure Sales Manager, you will champion the resort's luxury leisure business by building strategic partnerships with elite travel advisors, luxury consortia, and high-net-worth travelers. You will serve as an ambassador for Rosewood Calistoga, developing innovative sales strategies, fostering meaningful industry relationships, and driving revenue through proactive business development and relationship-focused hospitality.

Success in this role requires a passion for luxury travel, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to create memorable experiences that inspire travel partners and guests alike. You will play a key role in introducing Rosewood Calistoga to the global luxury travel community and supporting the successful launch and ongoing growth of the estate.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Build and manage relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, and key leisure accounts to drive room revenue and market share.
  • Proactively solicit, contract, and manage luxury travel agency business, VIP bookings, and high-net-worth leisure clientele.
  • Represent Rosewood Calistoga at industry events, trade shows, and luxury sales missions, strengthening brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
  • Host personalized site inspections, pre-opening experiences, and familiarization trips that showcase the estate's unique offerings and destination experiences.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing leadership to develop annual leisure sales strategies, market plans, revenue goals, and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure exceptional experiences for VIP guests, special requests, and luxury travel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving travel patterns to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Serve as a passionate ambassador of Rosewood's values, culture, and commitment to Relationship Hospitality.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
  • You have 3-5 years of progressive sales experience within ultra-luxury hospitality, luxury travel, or a related industry.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and successfully manage key account portfolios.
  • You are a skilled communicator, presenter, and negotiator with a refined understanding of luxury service and guest expectations.
  • You are relationship-driven and enjoy networking, cultivating partnerships, and representing a luxury brand.
  • You are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
  • You embrace Rosewood's values and believe in creating meaningful connections through hospitality.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy is reflected in our commitment to honoring the history, culture, and geography of our destinations.

We are committed to building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for growth, inclusion, and development through our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
