Job summary

Hanover Company in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for Hanover Parkview, a luxury mid-rise community. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects through the leasing process while accurately managing the Entrata dashboard for timely follow-ups.

You will also assist with advertising, stay current on market trends, and support renewals and move-outs to ensure a stellar resident experience. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
• Ability to conduct tours and guide through leasing process.
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Conduct tours, answer inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Accurately manage the Entrata dashboard to ensure timely follow-ups, contact requests, and pending interactions are addressed daily.
• Develop understanding of lease documents and ensure completion prior to move-in with final approval from Property Manager.
• Assist with advertising material preparation and planning under the guidance of the Property Manager.
• Maintain competitive market knowledge, including rental rates and occupancy trends.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment for prospects and residents.
• Assist residents with lease renewals, transfers, and move-outs; maintain renewal tracking.
