Job summary

Hanover Company in Houston's Rice Village is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for a luxury mid-rise community. You will deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while accurately managing the Entrata dashboard for timely follow-ups.

You'll develop a strong understanding of lease documents and ensure completion prior to move-in with final approval from the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with deadlines.
• Outstanding attention to detail in written communication.
• Knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
• Intermediate skill level in Word, Excel, Teams (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service in interactions with prospects and residents.
• Conduct tours and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Accurately manage the Entrata dashboard for timely follow-ups.
• Understand lease documents and ensure completion and compliance prior to move-in.
• Support marketing and advertising material planning under the Property Manager.
• Maintain market knowledge of rental rates, concessions, and occupancy trends.
• Assist with renewals, transfers, and move-outs; track renewal activities.
• Plan monthly resident events and support resident retention strategies.
