Job summary

Hanover Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Hanover Dilworth, a luxury community in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service, conducting tours, managing the Entrata dashboard, and guiding residents through the leasing process across a top-floor amenity-rich property.

Responsibilities include lease-document understanding, CRM follow-ups, marketing collaboration, competitive market knowledge, and daily site inspections to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for prospects

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings as needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents.
• Conduct tours and guide applicants through leasing process.
• Maintain Entrata dashboard and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Understand lease documents and obtain final approval from Property Manager.
• Support marketing efforts and maintain market knowledge.
• Assist with advertising materials under Property Manager guidance.
• Maintain curb appeal and conduct daily model inspections.
• Report maintenance issues promptly for a safe environment.
• Assist with lease renewals, transfers and move-outs.
• Coordinate renewals and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
