Job summary

Hanover Company is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant for Hanover Riverwalk, a luxury high-rise in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will deliver exceptional service, conduct tours, answer inquiries, and guide prospects through the leasing process.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail in written communication.
• Knowledge of Entrata or similar software; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents.
• Conduct tours, answer inquiries, and guide leasing process.
• Accurately manage the Entrata dashboard to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Develop understanding of lease documents and ensure completion prior to move-in with final approval from Property Manager.
• Strive for Five by meeting or exceeding expectations for secret shops, both individually and as a team.
• Build and maintain marketing relationships to enhance leasing traffic.
• Assist with advertising material preparation under the Property Manager.
• Maintain market knowledge of rental rates, concessions and occupancy trends.
• Assist with property curb appeal and daily inspections of model units and tours path.
• Identify and report liability or maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with renewals, transfers, and move-outs, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Proactively contact residents 60 days prior to lease expiration and track renewals.
• Plan and participate in monthly resident events.
• Support resident retention through effective communication and service.
