Millman Search is assisting a client in the Baltimore area with the search for an experienced Luxury Leasing Specialist to drive the lease-up of a new Class A luxury community. The role requires a strong background in apartment leasing, resident engagement, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years in residential leasing; luxury multifamily and lease-up experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of residential apartment leasing experience required.
• Luxury multifamily, Class A, and/or lease-up experience highly preferred.
• Strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to manage a leasing pipeline and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing activity and exceed occupancy goals during the lease-up of a new luxury community
• Deliver exceptional property tours and confidently convert prospects into residents
• Build relationships with local businesses, employers, and real estate professionals to generate new leasing opportunities
• Execute outreach events, networking initiatives, and marketing campaigns that drive qualified traffic
• Manage prospect follow-up and maintain a highly organized leasing pipeline
• Deliver a polished, hospitality-driven experience from first inquiry through move-in
