Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Drive prospect traffic and convert leads into leases.
• Implement follow-up plans for future residents who do not rent on first visit.
• Meet or exceed occupancy, traffic, application, move-in, wait list, and conversion goals.
• Complete leasing paperwork and QC processes.
• Inspect apartments and community for quality.
• Conduct move-in orientations for new residents.
• Engage in outreach marketing to attract residents.
• Support community and company engagement efforts.
