Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our luxury high-rise community in Rockville, MD. You’ll guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, deliver exceptional service, and help bring the community to life with creative marketing and seamless paperwork.

You’ll coordinate promotions, manage reporting, and use Yardi and Microsoft Office to support occupancy goals. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years leasing experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Experience with Yardi is a plus; proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging customer service and showcase community benefits.
• Oversee leasing process from lead to tenant occupancy for a smooth experience.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online and in the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy.
• Manage social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties to support leasing and other tasks.
