Comstock Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our upscale, transit‑oriented community in Ashburn, VA. You will guide residents through the leasing journey, from hello to welcome home, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Based at our luxury high-rise, you will also market the property online and locally, oversee promotions, and maintain accurate occupancy and reporting. The role emphasizes teamwork, independence, and client‑facing interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in business or related fields.
• 3 years of leasing experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.
• Oversee the entire leasing process, from lead generation to tenant occupancy, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and innovate our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
• Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other assigned tasks.
