Comstock Companies seeks a Leasing Consultant to warmly greet prospects, showcase our luxury, transit-oriented community in Reston, and guide applicants from first hello to welcome home.

Responsibilities include managing the leasing process, preparing paperwork, marketing online and locally, and maintaining occupancy. A minimum of 2 years in luxury multifamily leasing is required; Yardi and MS Office are a plus. High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leasing experience in luxury multifamily properties.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a focus on results.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.
• Oversee the entire leasing process, from lead generation to tenant occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.
• Manage and innovate our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.
