Qualifications

• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take daily leasing operations at the community and ensure resident experience is premium.
• Give tours, present floorplans, and tailor tours to individual tastes.
• Follow up on every lead to convert to a lease, including weekend visits.
• Coordinate with residents and team to maintain property standards.
