Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our luxury high-rise community. You will guide residents through the leasing journey, from initial hello to welcome home, delivering exceptional service and coordinating leasing activities.

Work involves marketing online, maintaining occupancy, and using Yardi/Microsoft Office to generate accurate reports. A strong customer focus and team collaboration are essential as you support a fast-paced property team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in business preferred.
• 1 year leasing experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
• Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm customer service and showcase community benefits.
• Oversee leasing process from lead generation to occupancy.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain weekly/monthly reports.
• Creatively market the community online and locally.
• Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Manage and innovate social media to engage tenants.
• Perform administrative duties supporting leasing.
