Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our extraordinary leasing team at one of our apartment communities in Los Angeles. You will handle daily leasing operations, ensure residents experience luxury living, and drive leasing performance through personalized tours and proactive follow-up.

The role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years in leasing or customer service within real estate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience in real estate or property management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily leasing operations at the community and support the leasing team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming sense of community for new residents.
• Conduct personalized tours and tailor floorplan recommendations to individual preferences, including neighborhood dining options.
• Follow up on leads and keep prospective residents engaged with tailored updates and information.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, to align with peak traffic for prospective residents.
