Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant for a luxury 300+ unit property in Mesquite, TX. You will coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals and engage with residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

Strong customer service, integrity, and ability to work independently are essential. Prior leasing experience is preferred; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Engage with prospective and current residents to optimize occupancy.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease docs, and process move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing records in the system.
• Follow up with prospects by phone, mail or email to schedule tours.
• Assist with planning resident activities and maintain property standards.
