Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a dynamic Property Manager to lead operations at a luxury lease-up Class A community. You will oversee resident experience, leasing lifecycle, and a high-performing team from day one.

The role requires 3–5 years of property management, 1–2 years in supervision, and familiarity with lease administration. Proficiency with AIM or similar software is a plus; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with lease-up or luxury Class A properties.
• Familiarity with resident lifecycle processes and lease administration.
• Experience with property management software (AIM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations focused on resident satisfaction and lease lifecycle management.
• Oversee the property’s P&L and achieve financial goals.
• Implement and manage marketing initiatives to drive leasing and occupancy.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team; provide coaching and growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, agreements, and regulations.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation timely and accurately.
• Maintain safety and risk management practices.
