Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reading and counting essential.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Basic knowledge of laundry operations (about one year).
• Ability to coach, counsel and develop employees.
• Ability to motivate by example on the floor or in training.
• Maintain a safe workplace per OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and evaluate laundry staff.
• Oversee sorting, washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
• Track linen supplies, uniforms, and cleaning chemicals.
• Inspect washers and dryers; coordinate repairs.
• Enforce sanitation and PPE safety guidelines.
